TEEN TEAM

The Teen Team of the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas exists to assist the House in meeting its mission of serving families with seriously ill or injured children.

We are accepting applications for 2022-2023!

Teen Team Application and Consent 2022-23. If you have questions, contact our Volunteer Services Manager, Caitlyn Carter, at ccarter@rmhdallas.org.  

 

Through a variety of volunteer projects and special events, the Teen Team’s mission is to raise awareness of and interest in the Ronald McDonald House in the community and to encourage high school students to become more active in community service.

Who We Are
The Teen Team is made up of teens from Dallas area high schools.

What We Do
Our Teen Team participates in a number of activities, including:

• Car washes for the families
• Bingo Nights
• Preparing meals for the families at the House
• The Trains at NorthPark shifts

Teen Team Requirements:
• Must be a student at a Dallas area high school.
• Membership dues of $50.00 to be paid at the Mandatory Orientation. These dues/donations establish the operating budget for the Teen Board and will also provide a t-shirt. Donations are non-refundable. Financial Aid Scholarships are available based on need.
• A one-year commitment with the possibility of continued service throughout high school years
• One volunteer shift at the Trains at NorthPark; Four service events between June 2021 and May 2022.
