If you are volunteering with a company, please specify which department (e.g. Company Name – Accounting). If you are volunteering with a social chapter, please specify which location (e.g. Service Club – Frisco).
Please note that the ideal group size to prepare and serve a meal is 6-8 volunteers, although we welcome groups from 4 to 12 people
Your group will provide a donation that covers the cost of the groceries and your time to prepare the meal, serve our families, and clean up.

Please look through the calendar below to select a Meals That Heal date and shift. Available meals are in red. When you are ready to book, double click your selected shift and enter the required information.
When you submit your information, this will temporarily reserve the meal for your group and payment will be due immediately. Please note, we are unable to hold your groups reservation without payment. Once your payment is complete, your group will be booked.
