We were fortunate enough to be able to stay here while our youngest was at Children's Medical. The staff here were very generous and kind and the rooms were wonderful. they provide you with three meals a day and give you enough supplies to keep your clothes, room and towels clean. If you are needing to stay anywhere in the Dallas area while your child is in the hospital, this is the place.

This place is a home away from home. Everyone here is so nice and kind. They genuinely want you to be as comfortable as you can. I can feel the love in this place. May the Lord bless you all ever so abundantly for this great service you provide. You have touched the lives of my family, and I know you are touching the lives of many more. We love you all!

I can't even begin to describe everything wonderful about this place. They make the families that stay there comfortable and try to lower their stress levels by providing food, lodging, activities, and even an emotional support dog during the weekdays. You know for those times when what you need most is just to hug and cry it out. They offer not just regular hotel meals. I am talking about home cooked, mouthwatering meals. Like the tacos and tamales, bar b que, fried ice cream, etc. All cooked and served by businesses you know and love. They even offer transportation to and from the hospitals, so you don't have to drive. Most of which are ran and operated by volunteers. This is just the tip of the iceberg for this place. I would praise more but I think there is a limit 🙂

This place was a life saver for our family when my son had his heart transplant.

We spent the better part of this last summer here. My wife and I had switch places between Utah and Dallas while our daughter was receiving medical treatment in the Dallas area. The staff was amazing, the buildings was well taken care of. The care and amenities they offer is amazing. The great businesses and organizations that volunteer and give so much to the mission of the Ronald McDonald house are angels in disguise. Thank you, Ronald McDonald House of Dallas, for giving us more than a home away from home. You are an amazing organization with great people. We're grateful for everything you do to make life better during a challenging time. Thank you.
